Caribbean cuisine is the theme of this scrumptious wine dinner.  Steak, chicken and seafood including conch fritters, using chimichurri and jerk spices alongside papaya and jicama are a few of the tropical ingredients that will be showcased at this dinner.  Caribbean cuisine is influenced by Chinese, Indian, Dutch, French, Spanish, British, and Amerindian food.  Enjoy this wonderful five-course meal paired with premium wines from Knapp Winery, Chateau LaFayette Reneau Wine Cellars, Zugibe Vineyards and Glenora Wine Cellars. Crisp arugula salad with hearts of palm, Toasted Coconut, julienned pineapple, Vidalia onion crisps and a yuzu vinaigrette.
