These aren’t quite the lyrics to the Nancy Sinatra song, but this wine dinner promises to bring back warm and cozy memories of your culinary past. You will enjoy a flavorful meal of scrumptious mac and cheese, hearty meat dishes and banana splits! 1st course- Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken, pear and roasted beet galette finished with Seneca Smoked salt, killer bee honey and crumbled Muranda Farms Blue Cheese.

2nd course- Tomato soup and grilled cheese
Roasted tomato and smoked Gouda bisque finished with basil crème fraiche and served with extra sharp cheddar gougeres.

Petite roasted garlic and chive potato croquettes served in a pool of boursin cheese and smoked pancetta cream with wilted baby spinach.

4th course- Meatloaf
Chorizo stuffed gorgonzola meatloaf with chipotle raspberry glaze with a mélange of roasted root vegetables.

5th Course- Chocolate brownie & Hot Chocolate
