The study could have easily been conducted at our Comfort Food Wine Dinner at Knapp Vineyard Restaurant. For many years we have served up foods that brings us back to cozy, warm thoughts, and great memories that inevitably lead to our association with certain foods. Cheesy mac and cheese, crispy fried chicken, flavorful mash potatoes, warm waffles loaded with syrup, savory pot roast, and sweet and fruity ice cream. Any one of these foods could be on the menu at this year’s Comfort Food Wine Dinner and with Executive Chef John McNabb’s creative culinary skills, the dishes are made with a twist.
