Trends are fun, and the food truck craze has become an event in itself in many locales.  The food offered from these trucks is often simple but extremely flavorful and our chef hopes to bring you those same flavors that often mimic a melting pot of cultures from many parts of the world.  Leave it to Chef John McNabb to create Mahi Tacos, Cheesesteaks Sandwiches, or Greek Gourmet.  To enhance each savory bite, each course will be paired with two wines from Knapp Winery, Zugibe Vineyards or Glenora Wine Cellars.  $69.90 per person includes tax and gratuity.  Please purchase your tickets on line to reserve your spot.

1st- Duck Arincini

Ground duck breast and rice breaded and fried golden brown served with an orange chili sauce over arugula with stir-fried green onions

 2nd- Wild Mushroom Soup

Wild mushrooms, aged balsamic vinegard, and a signature blend of hard cheeses in a creamy soup spiked with fresh herbs, finished with a mushroom and pancetta duxelle chevre crostini

3rd- Korean Pork Belly

Crispy Korean marinated pork belly sliced and served in local Boston Bibb lettuce with spicy onion salad and house made kimchee vinaigrette

Lemon and basil sorbet

4th- Blackened Swordfish

Swordfish loin steak blackened and served over a fresh quinoa salad with a marinated vegetable relich and pickled pepper beurre blanc

 5th course- Mini Cupcake Trio-

*Lavender cupcake with rosehip & Ice Wine cream cheese frosting

*Poppyseed with lemon rosemary buttercream

*Chocolate with Tahitian Vanilla Seneca Salt Caramel frosting and macadamia crumble
