Want to learn why wines give off certain familiar aromas? Where do wine flavors come from? Learn what winemakers do to manipulate flavors and styles of wine. Learn the art of tasting from Knapp Winemaker Rachel Hadley. She will be presenting three flights of wines, and what influences winemaking, grapes and skin have to do with flavor and in the end you will be given a chance to decipher your own notes with your own flight.
