Smoke--it’s invisible yet can put us in a trance-like state. Remember the old cartoons that showed a cartoon character in the air following its nose to the smoke aroma from a nearby campfire? There are restaurants that evolve from making smoked foods, and almost any food can be smoked. So leave the decision to our chef who will smoke his own meats, fish, vegetables and even cheese.
