Smoke--it’s invisible yet can put us in a trance-like state.  Remember the old cartoons that showed a cartoon character in the air following its nose to the smoke aroma from a nearby campfire?  There are restaurants that evolve from making smoked foods, and almost any food can be smoked.   So leave the decision to our chef who will smoke his own meats, fish, vegetables and even cheese.  Bring your smoking jackets.   Each course will be paired with premium Knapp Winery, Zugibe Vineyards and Glenora Wine Cellars wines. $74.90 per person includes tax and gratuity.  Please reserve your tickets by purchasing them online


1st course-

Smoked salmon and Lively Run Chevre crepes in a pool of smoked caper dill cream with dressed arugula and grilled lemon.

2nd Course-

Chipotle French Onion soup with toasted baguette and house-smoked mozzarella cheese

Smoked pulled pork butt on sharp cheddar corn cakes with smoked beet, honey and tarragon puree

4th Course-

Applewood smoked bacon wrapped sirloin of beef with Grapevine Smoked Seneca Salt and balsamic reduction over roasted garlic and herb fingerling potatoes with smoked pancetta braised brussel sprouts.

5th Course- S’mores our way

Chocolate ganache and graham cracker lined martini glass with peanut butter and chocolate mousse and marshmallow brulee. Finished with a Tahitian vanilla salted Brut sabayon sauce.
