More Gold for 2009 Riesling!
Knapp's 2009 Riesling won another Gold medal recently at the Atlantic Seaboard Wine Competition. This is the third Gold medal for the '09 Riesling in additon to a Double Gold medal and four Silvers. Recently, Wine Spectator also rated our '09 Riesling an 87! The accolades just keep on pouring in!
Vidal ice wine '08 wins more gold!
Knapp's 2008 Vidal Ice Wine was awarded a Double Gold medal at the 2010 New York State Fair Competition held in June. This is the Vidal Ice's second Double Gold medal in addition to two other golds and eight other awards. This is Knapp's first ever Ice Wine. Come see us in our tasting room and have a taste! Knapp Riesling '09 wins gold
The International Eastern Wine Competition held in Watkins Glen awarded Knapp's 2009 Riesling a Gold Medal! Knapp's '09 Riesling has also won Gold at the Great Lakes Wine Competition and Double Gold at the Golden Nose Awards in recent months. The IEWC is one of the oldest and largest competitions held in North America with over 2200 entries from 16 countries and 34 states. It is held in the Finger Lakes region of New York every May.
Tasters guild awards knapp gold!
The Tasters Guild International held their annual wine competition from April 28 - May 1st and awarded Knapp Winery three golds and eight silver medals. Knapp's 2008 Seyval Blanc, 2008 Cayuga White, and Brandy were all awarded gold. Come visit the tasting room and try these delicious award winners!
