Saint Patrick's Day Celebration

The age ole Irish American tradition of corn beef and cabbage on St. Patty’s Day will be served by the Knapp kitchen staff led by our own Irishman, executive chef, John McNabb.   This feast is dedicated to all the Irish and the Irish at heart. Lad McNabb makes his own soda bread and creates three lunch choices and you are sure to find the pot of gold for your palate.  You may choose to purchase and try our own Knapp-Irish Coffee….Knapp Brandy, Strong coffee and whip Crème.   Call 800.869.9271 for reservations.

Enjoy traditional Irish fixings in our Vineyard Restaurant from 11 am until 5 pm.

The Pot of Gold Plate
Tender braised corned beef, simmered cabbage, and roasted root vegetables consisting of carrots, red potatoes, turnips, and onions. Served piping hot with a side of Irish soda bread.


The Shamrock
A classic Reuben. Thinly sliced braised corned beef piled high, topped with melted Swiss, thousand island dressing, and caramelized onions. Served on thick slices of toasted rye. Served with a side of roasted root vegetables.

The Blarney
Sliced braised corned beef, roasted red potatoes, and caramelized onions, drizzled with horseradish cream sauce. Served with a side of boiled cabbage and soda bread.
