Start your holiday season with fine wine, gourmet food, and seasonal tunes.
Guests will be greeted with choice of cranberry sparkling wine spritzers or warm brandied apple cider, accompanied by seasonal music in our
warm and inviting holiday atmosphere.
1st course
Mixed green salad with candied nuts, dried cranberries, roasted sweet onion and crumbled gorgonzola with a roasted shallot and balsamic vinaigrette
2nd Course
Acorn and butternut squash bisque drizzled with a spiced fig and sherry crème fraiche
3rd course
Aged brie, shaved proscuitto and baby spinach stuffed chicken breast. Served with a Boursin cheese potato croquette. Finished with an apple, cranberry and Knapp Cherry Avinac chutney.
4th course
Knapp’s famous chocolate molten lava cake with berry and port wine coulis and peppermint whipped cream
