Chef’s Valentine’s Day Offering:
1st Course
Mixed greens salad with fresh strawberries, feta cheese, slivered almonds, and a warm balsamic and fig vinaigrette
2nd Course
*enjoy one of the following
*Gorgonzola Grilled Sirloin of beef with raspberry balsamic reduction topped with Golden Crisp onions. Served with boursin and roasted garlic red bliss whipped potatoes
*Chicken Francaise with diced tomatoes, capers, artichokes, and roasted red peppers in a light chardonnay and roasted garlic beurre blanc topped with aged asiago cheese. Served over capellini pasta.
*Crab Stuffed Fantail Shrimp. Served over fettuccine pasta with diced tomatoes and sundried tomatoes in a light seafood and lump crab alfredo sauce
3rd Course
Chocolate Molten Lava Cake with a light valvin muscat melba sauce. Topped with fresh Chambord whipped cream and a double chocolate dipped strawberry
