First Course
Crisp green salad with hearts of palm, toasted coconut, julienned pineapple, and a citrus and cream of coconut dressing.

Second Course
Panko breaded lump crab cake with a mango-chipotle aioli and fried plantains, over julienned radicchio.

Chilled avocado and black bean gazpacho with a ginger, lime
