Les "Dîners en Blanc” White Dinner Parties have been trendy in France for more than 18 years.  An adventure in itself, the concept was to bring along food and wine plus a chair to a location that was kept secret till the last minute.   There is no mystery to the location for the Knapp White Wine Dinner party but the wine and food adventure remains. Champagne sets the stage for this lovely wine dinner where an element of white will be weaved into each course. France tradition begs for all that attend to wear white. We invite you to don your white apparel for this occasion!  Please make your reservations by calling 800.869.9271

First Course

Baby arugula and shaved Vidalia onions tossed in a light Brut, tarragon, and

Dijon vinaigrette topped with gorgonzola and roasted red pepper

filled endive leaves.

Second Course

Chardonnay asparagus soup finished with a white asparagus and lump

crab bruschetta and creme fraiche.

Third Course

Rice paper spring roll wrap over braised bok choi with a hoisin vinaigrette

and coconut crusted tiger prawn tempura.

Fourth Course

Sea bass with herbed summer squash carpaccio over saffron rice pilaf.

Finished with a fresh thyme and lemongrass aigre-doux.

Baked Alaska with Cayuga Lake Creamery’s White Russian ice cream,

vanilla bean pound cake floated in a pool of white chocolate and wild berry
