Estate Garden Wine Dinner
Knapp Vineyard Restaurant sits alongside beautiful landscaped gardens. Our gardens inspire our chef to create a lovely Knapp wine dinner. Beginning with a terrific sparkling reception in our patio and leading into a dinner made with our own garden herbs and mixed with other local ingredients to offer a tantalizing menu. Including in this dinner will be a trio of assored "Estate Laid" deviled eggs and chilled pea and mint soup, surf and turf sliders, and a grilled stuffed pork chop with black currant apple cider reduction. Menu
First Course
Crisp local field greens salad tossed in a light tarragon and Cabernet vinaigrette with a trio of assorted "Estate Laid" deviled eggs.
Second Course
Chilled pea and mint soup with crisp pancetta and a ginger and lime crema.
Third Course
Surf and Turf Sliders- Mini herbed bison burger topped with Gruyere and caramelized shiitake mushrooms & shrimp and crab burger with a cilantro and grapefruit slaw.
Fourth Course
Gorgonzola, artichoke and spinach stuffed grilled pork chop with a black currant apple cider reduction sauce over an andouille and cracked pepper couscous.
Fifth Course
A light vanilla bean cake with a lemon curd fruit and berry salad and Cayuga Lake Creamery's lavender vanilla ice cream.
Each course will be served with two wines.
