Lighter Fare
Steamed Clams- A full pound of Littleneck clams, steamed and served in a champagne shallot beurre blanc sauce, with capers and diced tomato. Aged Asiago and toasted garlic baguettes. $10.95
Imported Cheese and Cracked Board- A personal sized display of smoked gouda, brie, gorgonzola, and a highlighted regional cheese. Served with elegant artisan crackers and fresh seasonal fruit. A light lunch for 1, or a great starter for two. $10.50
Bruschetta- A traditional tomato bruschetta made with fresh roma tomatoes and a signature blend of herbs and seasonings. Served on warm baguette slices, topped with grated asiago cheese and aged balsamic drizzle. $8.95
Brie en Croute- A long time standard at Knapp, with a new twist. Aged brie wrapped in puff pastry and baked until golden brown. Served with flatbread crackers, fresh fruit, and Chef's signature Limoncello strawberry coulis. $11.95
Soup
Sweet Potato Bisque- A light, smooth soup made with roasted sweet potatoes highlighted with cinnamon and nutmeg. Finished with Finger Lakes Chardonnay and drizzled with a New York State Maple creme fraiche

Salads
Chef's Salad- Crisp mixed field greens, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, shaved onion, cucumbers, and feta cheese crumbles. Finished home-made herbed croutons and your choice of dressing. $8.75
Asian Fusion Salad- Crisp mesculin greens, water chestnuts, cherry tomatoes, shaved onion, black and white toasted sesame seeds, and home-made soy ginger croutons. Topped with a generous portion of seared tuna slices and finished with a light wasabi-soy-ginger dressing. $12.25
Classic Caesar- Crisp romaine lettuce, homemade herbed croutons, asiago cheese, and apple smoked bacon pieces. Tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing and served classically, with a lemon wedge. $8.95

Sandwiches and Entrees
Herbed Top Round Sandwich- Roasted herbed top round sliced and topped with caramelized onions and mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and havarti cheese. Served on an herbed focaccia roll with balsamic drizzle and crisp field greens. $10.95
Knapp Burger- 8oz. black angus ground beef grilled to your preference and topped with sauteed herbed Cabernet onions, and smoked gouda. Served on a kaiser roll with mixed field greens. $9.95
California Chicken Club Wrap- Tender grilled chicken, baby greens, shaved onion, roma tomato slices, red pepper dill aioli, apple smoked bacon pieces, and smoked provolone. Wrapped and served in a garlic herb tortilla wrap. $10.50
Roasted Turkey Panini- Slow roasted turkey breast thinly sliced toppped with chopped artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, sundried tomato pesto spread and havarti cheese. Hot pressed in an herbed Focaccia roll. $10.95
Grilled Stuffed Portabella- A Cabernet Sauvignon marinated portabella cap. Grilled and filled with an exotic mushroom stuffing and boursin cheese. Baked and served atop baby greens on an herbed focaccia roll, and drizzled with aged balsamic reduction. $10.95
Knapp Famous Crabcake- Our signature jumbo lump crab cake. Made from the freshest available ingredients, pan seared and baked. Served on a bed of crisp field greens with a chipotle in adobo citrus vinaigrette. $12.95
Norwegian Salmon Filet- A fresh filet of Norwegian salmon grilled and baked. Served atop an herbed truffle and saffron risotto cake. Finished with a Limoncello beurre blanc sauce with tomatoes, capers, shallots, and sauteed summer squash. $12.50
Knapp Grilled Bruschetta Pizza- White truffle infused bruschetta, artichoke hearts, roasted red pepper, and basil pesto on an unleavened and grilled pizza dough. Topped with crumbled Feta and fresh Mozzarella. Finished with an aged balsamic drizzle. Served with a Dijon balsamic slaw. $10.50
Summertime Pasta- A sauteed blend of fresh tomatoes, artichoke hearts, spinach, summer squash, bell peppers, and roasted garlic. Tossed with penne pasta in a light Chardonnay beurre blanc sauce. Topped with Asiago cheese. $10.50
