A wineries harvest is all about the right time to pick the grapes that will turn into beautiful wine. Chef McNabb wants to use the grape to create an equally beautiful wine dinner. Think roasted and stewed dishes with a bit of the grape as an accent in each dish. Grapes can come in forms of raisins, whole roasted grapes, juice, wine, and jam to use in or along side dishes like chevre, pancetta, wild rice, roasted sausage, or duck.
