Seafood, Cajun and music… Nothing sounds better than a pile high pan full of shrimp, potatoes, and corn spiced up just right with nothing but your fingers to lick when all is done—at least to some of us this is our idea of heaven.  This is the tease because our Executive Chef John McNabb always likes to put a bit of a twist in his menus.  So, though you might need a fork you will experience a luscious seafood experience fashioned after the traditional Louisiana Boils with a back drop of live Zydeco music.  This is a five course meal folks paired with premium wines from Knapp Winery, Chateau LaFayette Reneau Wine Cellars, Zugibe Vineyards and Glenora Wine Cellars. We are the tree the Big Apple grows on.  There is no better time to dine in the Finger Lakes.  A plethora of fresh vegetables, meats and dairy are used during this incredibly fresh and bountiful havest time. Our fresh ingredients are grown and produced locally and delivered to us, in some cases, the very same day. This dinner is paired with wine and music.  Each course will feature a music inspired entre from songs like- I Left My Heart in San Francisco featuring sourdough bread or Cry Me a River might include a salmon dish and Georgia on My Mind will dictate a peachy entree.  Taste of Honey will conclude with a dessert surprise.
