All Wrapped Up- It’s December and presents, lots of presents come to mind! Imagine your dinner full of presents! All dishes will be wrapped up in the likes of puff pastry, filo, bacon, en papillote.  Expect an aromatic and dazzling display of distinctive foods –all wrapped up. 1st- Roasted Vegetable Terrine

Vegetable terrine of grilled zucchini, roasted peppers, portabella mushroom, charred carrot, Herbed Chevre, beet and spinach. Sliced and served over braised kale with balsamic reduction.

Ahh, the waters and the land of the Mediterranean region.  There are twenty-one countries that make up the Mediterranean and their diets are promoted heavily in many health magazines.  In their recipes hailed from Southern Italy, Greece, Morocco, and Spain dishes include brilliant herbs, nuts, and spices ranging from basil, capers, dill, cumin, and cinnamon to garlic, pine nuts, almonds, and saffron.  Let us surprise you!
