Knapp Brut
Bubbles are always the answer. Any occasion, any food, any part of the day is improved with a flute of bubbles. With notes of green apple, danish, and lemon curd, Knapp Brut is great on its own. It’s also is wonderful in cocktails, like winter spritzes that you can hand to guests as they walk in the door for a holiday gathering.
Saignee Rosé
Winemaker Vanessa Hoffman describes this one as beautiful in color, pretty on a holiday table, and an excellent food wine. She says:
“Rosé is always a great choice for holiday wines, but this rose has more structure and body and can stand up to even heartier holiday dishes like roast beef or brisket.”
Barrel-Fermented Chardonnay
Not your typical California barrel Chardonnay, our rendition is more delicate with strong minerality and refreshing acidity. It’s a chard to convince those “I know I hate Chardonnay” hardheads! Delicate crème brulee notes, nectarine, and a soft creaminess to balance the acidity, it’s a beautiful wine to serve with the Feast of the Seven Fishes.
Profondo Rosso
Profondo Rosso is Knapp’s signature table wine. It’s truly designed this blend to pair well with whatever you’re feasting on this holiday season. A bold, dry wine with notes of chocolate covered cherries, dried fig, plum, hazelnut, and black tea. Silky smooth tannins with just a hint of toasty oak fills out the mid palate and makes the fruit shine against notes of vanilla.

Forte Bianco
Forte Bianco is perfect for something unexpected on your holiday table. Our white port-style wine is a wonderful digestivo to pair with your desserts (particularly fruit based desserts or pumpkin pie).
Tropical notes of pineapple, guava, mandarin blend with floral notes from the brandy used to fortify it. Hoffman prefers a glass of this after dinner instead of a dessert. The pleasant sweetness is not cloying, but helps cleanse the palate. Forte Bianco is best served very chilled.
