All Wrapped Up- It’s December and presents, lots of presents come to mind! Imagine your dinner full of presents! All dishes will be wrapped up in the likes of puff pastry, filo, bacon, en papillote.  Expect an aromatic and dazzling display of distinctive foods –all wrapped up. The only thing missing will be the bow!  This five-course dinner will be served with Knapp Winery, Chateau LaFayetter Reneau Wine Cellars, Zugibe Vineyards, and Glenora Wine Cellars. Please purchase your tickets online to reserve your spot.  $76.25 includes tax and gratuity

1st- Roasted Vegetable Terrine

Vegetable terrine of grilled zucchini, roasted peppers, portabella mushroom, charred carrot, Herbed Chevre, beet and spinach. Sliced and served over braised kale with balsamic reduction.

2nd- Smoked Cauliflower soup

Creamy smoked cauliflower red pepper and parmesan soup finished with balsamic bacon jam in an asiago flauta with roasted butternut squash seed oil

3rd- Proscuitto wrapped Prawns

Proscuitto Di Parma wrapped tiger shrimp grilled and served over roasted white bean, garlic and herb puree and quinoa, kale and red rice blend. Finished with

4th- Beef Wellington

Filet of beef with wild mushroom and parmesan duxelles wrapped in puff pastry and baked, over sweet potato puree in a pool of  Cabernet Sauvignon demi-glace with frizzled carrot

5th Course- Cranberry Orange Crepes Suzette

Delicate crepes filled with cranberry and orange curd and mascarpone with Grand Marnier orange sauce and sweetened whipped cream finished with a chocolate almond tuille.
