1st Course- Chinese cucumber garlic salad

Brie and blue cheese fried polenta cake with spicy garlic and tomato oil and crisp arugula salad

Roasted garlic and Yukon gold potato bisque topped with frizzled Brussel sprouts and garlic sage oil

3rd Course-  Duck Arancini

Ground duck breast and spices encompassed by Arborio rice risotto and deep fried in panko bread crumbs. Served in a roasted garlic and poblano cream.
