In some parts of the world, spring has sprung.  In upstate New York we just never know.  At Knapp Vineyard Restaurant we have decided to create our own spring. Clams, oysters are starters paired with our very popular sparkling wine. “Spring rolls “, chicken and Greek roasted lamb could be the main course accompanied with asparagus, artichokes and savory spices from around the world.  This mouth-watering selection of menu items will make you feel like a worldly traveler without getting on a plane. This is a five-course meal paired with premium wines from Knapp Winery, Chateau LaFayette Reneau Wine Cellars, Zugibe Vineyards, and Glenora Wine Cellars. Please purchase your tickets online to reserve your spot $78.75, includes tax and gratuity.  Also included is a sparkling wine reception before the meal and music through dinner!

1st course- Spring Roll

Shrimp, napa cabbage, cilantro, rice noodles and julienned carrot in rice paper wrap over Yamitsuki cucumber with Okonomiyaki sauce

2nd Course- Asparagus Soup

Asparagus soup spiked with Riesling and tarragon with lemon crème fraiche and fried pork belly

3rd Course- Lamb Arancini

Herbed risotto filled with feta and ground lamb and fried. Served in a pool of Moroccan pepper sauce.

4th Course- Poached salmon

Poached Norwegian salmon over spring pea pancakes with artichoke confit and lemon dill hollandaise sauce

5th Course- Limoncello Ricotta cake

Limoncello ricotta cake with Riesling stewed strawberries, lemon curd, dehydrated mint and lavender meringue.
