Cayuga White 2017
Cayuga White is a hybrid grape developed by Cornell in 1972 from Seyval Blanc and Schuyler. Cayuga has bold citrus flavors of tangerine, orange, and grapefruit.
The nose on this wine is floral with hints of honey. The palate is clean and fruity, with notes of melon and lemon zest, and a pleasant acidity throughout. Drink this wine well chilled on a hot summer day.

The fruit was picked in mid-September from Dalyrmple and Glenora farms before being pressed and fermented at cool temperatures. The resulting wine is a classic style of Cayuga, with bright acidity and a medium sweet profile.
