Blues Night Wine Dinner

Blue Potatoes, Blueberries, Blue Cheese, Blue Fin Tuna, Blue Point Oyster, Blue Corn Tortillas, … you get the idea.   The theme is a challenge for our chef and to infuse a bit of blue either by color or by ingredient in each dinner course.  All along listening to a couple of Blues Performers.  It should be a night of great food, song and of course premium wines from Knapp Winery, Zugibe Vineyards and Glenora Wine Cellars.
