Nectarine and honey-crisp apple waft from this riper style of dry riesling. Moderate acidity accentuates hints of bitter grapefruit and grass dance around richer notes of green mango and Meyer lemon.
Fruit from Zugibe farms was picked and fermented separately before blending for added complexity. The wine aged on fine lees for eight months before bottling.
