Dry Rosé, 2020
Our 2020 Rose' sat on the skins for less than three hours before being lightly pressed to retain its coral color. The juice was fermented slowly with traditional champagne yeast to retain brightness and acidity. The resulting wine was bottled soon after. Composition is 97% Pinot Noir and 3% Cabernet Franc. This dry rose has a light bouquet of crab apple and strawberries with a slight trace of honeysuckle. It is cool, crisp and dry. It is a beautiful combination of fruit and tartness and has a bright long finish.
