Knapp is proud to have one of the only plantings of Siegerrebe in the United States. The 2019 Siegerrebe was one of the first grapes the Knapp team harvested for the vintage. The grapes were lightly pressed before being fermented in stainless steel tanks with German yeast. A pungent "grapey" aroma permeates honeysuckle and orange blossom aromatics on our medium-dry Siegerrebe, while the palate provides hints of pear and meyer lemons.
