Vidal Blanc Iced Wine 2021
Vidal Blanc defied the odds in 2021, and held up beautifully during this cold and rainy harvest. The grapes were picked in December and frozen. The nose is dominated by honey, apricot, candied ginger. On the palate this wine has sweet mandarin and orange blossom notes with bright acidity which means it finishes clean without being too syrupy. This makes it a much more approachable iced wine compared to typical styles and pairs especially well with food.
