Knapp Wine Club: How to Customize Your Club Selection
While our winemaker thoughtfully curates each shipment, we understand that everyone has their own tastes—and we want our club members to enjoy the Wine Club in whatever way suits them best.
Orders made through the regular web store do not count as wine club orders and will often result in unwelcome shipping charges. Thankfully, customizing your quarterly wine club shipments can be easily done online anytime. Just follow these step-by-step instructions:
Step 1: Log In at Knappwine.com here
Sign in with your credentials at the top right corner. When prompted, provide your email address and password. (If you have not yet set up your password, you will have to create one at this point).
Step 2: Update Club Order Through Your Account Page
Once you have successfully logged in, you will see your club membership portal. It is important that you place your order by clicking the box marked here. You may also change your personal information or club level on this page.
Please Note: If you order through the website as normal, the system will not recognize your order as a club shipment, and you will be charged additional shipping fees.
Step 3: Choose Your Wines and Update Order
Here, you can adjust your wine selections from the dropdown menu. If you do not wish to have a preselected wine as part of your shipment, change the total for that wine to “0” and replace it with the wine you do want. Once you have chosen all your required number of wines, press the “Update Order" button. This will change your club order in our system.
