  • Knapp is searching for a hard working, self-motivated individual to lead our culinary team at our Field & Vine restaurant.

    This is a full-time, salaried position with roughly 40 hrs/week, flexibility needed during busier summer months. The restaurant is closed for the winter.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the restaurant kitchen and its staff

    • Communicate kitchen needs to management; manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies

    • Regularly inspect and update the kitchen’s health code standards

    • Bring a level of creativity and passion for wine-centric culinary experience

    • During closed winter months, develop and manage monthly wine dinners
